1. About us
This website is operated by Luke Branton trading as The Reborn Collection (“we”, “us”), a sole trader (not a registered company, so there is no company number), of 84 Stansfield Road, Benfleet, Essex, SS7 4NB, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@thereborncollection.com.
2. Our products
Our reborn dolls are hand-finished collector items. Each one is unique, so small variations in colour, painting and hair from the photographs are part of their character. They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 3 because of small parts. Sizes and weights are approximate.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch. Because every baby is one of a kind, if an item sells out before we confirm your order we will let you know and refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
5. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 7 days, then delivered in the time of the postage option you choose at checkout (e.g. Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually 2–3 working days). See our Delivery & Returns page. Risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Cancellations and returns
You have a legal 14-day right to cancel, and we also offer 30-day returns. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.
7. Faulty goods and your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
