Delivery
Every baby is wrapped in soft tissue with a named adoption certificate. Orders are dispatched within 7 days, then delivered in the time of the postage option you choose at checkout (e.g. Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually 2–3 working days).
- UK mainland: Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £6.95, or free on orders over £75
- Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly & Channel Islands: tracked delivery – £12.95, or free on orders over £75
- You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your baby is on the way.
- We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Your right to cancel (14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just tell us by email at hello@thereborncollection.com (a simple statement is fine) and then return the item within 14 days of telling us. We will refund the price you paid plus the cost of standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof you have returned it).
Our 30-day returns promise
We go further than the law requires: if you are not completely happy with your baby you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

- Babies should be returned unused, in the condition you received them, with their outfit, accessories and certificate, and well packaged (the original packaging is ideal).
- Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend a tracked service as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
- We may reduce a refund if the item has been handled more than needed to inspect it (for example damage, odours or marks).
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Faulty or damaged items
If your baby arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours with photos and we will put it right with a replacement or full refund, including all postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
