What we collect
- Order details: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number and what you bought.
- Account details if you create an account.
- Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Technical data such as IP address and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
Why we use it (lawful basis)
- To process and deliver your order and handle returns (contract).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To answer your questions and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
- To send marketing emails, only if you opt in (consent – you can unsubscribe at any time).
Who we share it with
Only with the services needed to run the shop: our payment providers (e.g. Stripe/WooPayments and PayPal), delivery companies (e.g. Royal Mail), our website host (Hostinger) and email provider. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Contact messages are deleted after 2 years. Accounts are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@thereborncollection.com. If you are unhappy you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
